Per la progettazione del complesso sono state adottate strategie che ottimizzano la relazione tra il sito, l'orientamento e la privacy delle abitazioni.

Organizzazione del complessoSfruttando la condizione del terreno con doppio accesso (nord e sud), si suddivide in due fasce di abitazioni accoppiate. Ogni unità dispone di un cortile anteriore e uno posteriore, articolati attorno a un nucleo di accesso e scala.

Le abitazioni del settore nord hanno ingresso carrabile e pedonale da Traversa III Ugo la Mafalda, con cortili sul retro orientati a sud, dove si trovano le piscine per ottimizzare l'esposizione solare.

Le abitazioni del settore sud, invece, accedono da Corso Aldo Moro, integrando la piscina nel cortile di accesso a sud.

Sfruttamento dell'orientamento e del paesaggioSi privilegia la creazione di ampi cortili verso sud, dove si affacciano camere da letto e zone giorno, garantendo comfort termico e visivo. Dalle terrazze, si gode della presenza imponente del Vesuvio, rendendolo un elemento protagonista del progetto.

Relazione con lo spazio pubblicoL'interfaccia tra l'abitazione e la strada è risolta con una facciata urbana composta da recinzioni con vegetazione e portoni ciechi, equilibrando privacy e permeabilità visiva. Questo trattamento genera una transizione armoniosa tra lo spazio pubblico e il complesso residenziale.

Varianti tipologicheSebbene le abitazioni mantengano una base tipologica simile, si introducono variazioni in base alla loro posizione:

Le unità tra le mediane mantengono aperture verso i cortili privati.

Le abitazioni situate agli estremi incorporano aperture aggiuntive verso la strada, sfruttando la loro condizione di tre fronti.

Il progetto cerca un equilibrio tra funzionalità, privacy e relazione con l'ambiente, proponendo un complesso residenziale che dialoga con il contesto e ottimizza le condizioni di abitabilità.

The residences in the southern sector, on the other hand, access from Corso Aldo Moro, integrating the swimming pool into the southern entrance courtyard.

Optimization of Orientation and LandscapeThe design prioritizes the creation of large courtyards facing south, where bedrooms and living areas are oriented, ensuring thermal and visual comfort. From the terraces, the imposing presence of Mount Vesuvius can be enjoyed, making it a central element of the project.

Relationship with Public SpaceThe interface between the residences and the street is resolved with an urban frontage composed of fences with vegetation and solid gates, balancing privacy and visual permeability. This treatment creates a harmonious transition between public space and the residential complex.

Typological VariantsAlthough the residences share a similar typological base, variations are introduced depending on their location:

Units located between dividing walls maintain openings toward private courtyards.

Residences at the ends incorporate additional openings facing the street, taking advantage of their three-sided exposure.

The design seeks a balance between functionality, privacy, and integration with the surroundings, proposing a residential complex that interacts with its context while optimizing habitability conditions.
