Construction of a single apartment by joining two existing apartments

The layout of the original plan is well built. I have changed the layout keeping in mind the predicted structural layout of the house so that during the reconstruction there is no problem. Also I have tried to keep the a plan divided in two parts, the left part as more public and the right as private to account for privacy.
