Hi Sir, Thanks for the project. The scale of my project is 1:100 as in the drawings.I have kept the distances of the borders as described. Below is what I have designed.
Ground Floor
-Double garage
-Three bedrooms with wardrobes
-Two bathrooms
-A study/storage room
-A service staircase
-internal lift
-A laundry
First Floor
-Living room
-Dinning room
-kitchen
-pantry
-A external terrace facing south with jakuzi
-A bathroom with wc
Upperfloor
-A terrace with a door
- You can install a Jakuzi at any point of your choice.
