- Wood-effect warm-toned porcelain stoneware flooring throughout (except bathrooms)
- Large Kitchen with three-sided layout, peninsula, light worktops, and non-black tapware
- Fireplace/stove on external-facing wall
- Wooden dining table with dark metal legs
- Selective wooden touches ( not all wood furnishings)
- Master suite with spacious shower and warm light colors
- All doors are sliding pocket doors ( except entrance and laundry room)
- Ample storage and wardrobe solutions in bedrooms

We celebrate the apartment's natural light and spatial flow while introducing carefully curated furnishings that provide visual interest without clutter. The palette draws from natural materials-warm woods, soft textiles, and organic earth tones-unified by a clean, modern aesthetic.
