Residenziale - Appartamento
The architectural redesign of this apartment prioritizes maximizing usable space while ensuring a comfortable and functional living environment. To achieve this, the entrance was significantly enlarged by demolishing the wall at the main access, creating a vast, open space that welcomes you upon arrival.
The kitchen was relocated next to the living room, and together with the dining area, forms a generous, flowing open-plan space ideal for modern living. A bar and a permeable TV unit subtly separate the kitchen from the living area, maintaining a sense of openness while defining each zone.
At the rear of the dining area, where natural light is limited, a cleverly integrated storage space was added, made possible by shifting the initial dining access to align with the hallway. This hallway itself was redesigned to minimize its width, reducing circulation space and allowing for the creation of a spacious wardrobe connected directly to the entrance.
The efficient use of space further enabled the creation of a larger office, which already had its own access from the stairway. A new door was added to provide a direct connection to a newly created hall, which leads to a dedicated toilet. This new arrangement allows the office to have a private, direct route to the toilet without needing to pass through the living areas of the apartment.
Additionally, the creation of this hall allows the same toilet to be accessed by all areas of the apartment. As a result, the former main apartment toilet can now be dedicated exclusively to the master bedroom, enhancing both privacy and convenience.
The overall layout redefines the apartment’s flow, blending comfort with practicality while making the most of every square meter.
