I reviewed your proposed design, and I found it to be very suitable, though it needed a few adjustments.
I used the design you preferred and converted it into a 3D model to give you a clearer perspective of your plan.

In your questions, you mentioned two columns, but unfortunately, you didn’t specify their location. That being said, your bedrooms are 16 sqm and 17 sqm, respectively. Additionally, I included a large built-in wardrobe in the home office to make it more functional.

The kitchen is designed with an island, which can also serve as a dining area. You could even integrate a hidden foldable table into the island to accommodate more people when needed.

Moreover, I added a private living space at the top of the plan, which, if you prefer, can be transformed into a six-person dining area.
