For the new house, it was decided to follow the floor plan given in the reference materials. Having two entrances - a private and a public one serving the studio - could be an excellent solution, especially when working from home.
From the private entrance, one reaches the entire dwelling: on the right, the openspace living area and, on the left, the sleeping area with services and studio.
The living area consists of a living room, dining area and kitchen with peninsula, plus a space for storage and pantry.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms - the master bedroom also has a private bathroom - a studio, that can also be used as a guest room, and a second service bathroom complete with laundry.
