Overview of the Apartment Division
The division of the apartment into two distinct units was undertaken in response to the initial project brief. The original structure’s two entrance points have been retained, with each entrance serving a specific function: the smaller entrance, situated to the left of the plan, is intended for commercial use, whilst the larger entrance to the right provides access to the family’s living space, allowing them to benefit from both direct and partial views of the sea.


The Smaller Apartment
The smaller apartment features an open-plan layout, with the main entrance leading directly into a space that accommodates the living room, dining area, and kitchen. This area offers direct access to the balcony, and likewise, the bedroom has balcony access via the original kitchen’s door window. The bedroom is thoughtfully positioned around a large window, maximising natural light. The bathroom is equipped with modern amenities, comprising a spacious shower, a generous sink unit, an integrated flush with suspended toilet, ample storage, and a dedicated space for a washing machine along with extra storage.


The Larger Apartment
The larger apartment opens into a sizeable entrance hall fitted with dedicated furniture and storage solutions. On the right side of the entrance, there is a study or guest room. The layout is designed to guide movement towards a luxurious open-plan area that includes the living room, which has direct access to the balcony and offers a partial view of the sea, as well as the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is notably spacious, with extensive worktop space to accommodate the washing machine, and extends across two walls, one of which is fitted with a large window showcasing a stunning sea view.
Kitchen Features and Cellar
A kitchen island with an integrated eating area enhances storage capacity, provides an additional worktop, and serves as a subtle partition between the kitchen and living room. The cellar is planned to the left of the kitchen and may be constructed using either walls or glass partitions, depending on the desired style for the apartment.
Bathroom and Master Bedroom
Continuing towards the left, the bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom is generously sized and includes all modern amenities required by the family: a shower, vanity unit, integrated flush and suspended toilet, and substantial storage space.
The master bedroom is in the left section of the apartment and features an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. The bed is strategically positioned to allow occupants to enjoy panoramic sea views through the large window.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom, adjacent to the master, opens onto the balcony. It suits children with a large wardrobe and space for a bed and desk. The room can be arranged for multiple children with two single beds and desks, or a bunk bed and two desks.
