Descrizione Progetto

We aimed to meet the project requirements with the least possible amount of construction work.

In general, the existing partitions are preserved. There are some elements to be demolished, but very little new construction is required, as can be seen in the demolition and construction drawings.

We believe this is the best way to comply with the project’s main premises.

The three bathrooms remain in their current locations. The bathroom of Unit B is slightly enlarged to accommodate a shower, and the en-suite bathroom is opened directly to the master suite.

The master suite is extended by 0.60 meters to incorporate a full wardrobe line. In the en-suite bathroom, the shower cabin may be replaced with a bathtub if desired. The unofficial door to the balcony was placed.
The second bedroom and the main bathroom of the house remain unchanged.

In the integrated living–dining–kitchen area, the existing wall is demolished to create a larger open-plan space. A portion of the study is incorporated to accommodate the wine cellar.

It is worth noting that in the initial proposal, the kitchen was located near the entrance and the living room near the bedrooms. However, after evaluating the kitchen drainage requirements, it seemed more logical to place it closer to the bathrooms. In case the drainage pipe cannot run within the existing floor slab, any necessary floor level adjustment would only affect the children’s bedroom.

There are no major complexities in the proposal; we prioritized construction economy over other considerations.

We hope you like the project.

Thank you very much.
