Residenziale - Appartamento
I have developed two design alternatives for your project. In Alternative 1, I have proposed two different layout options for the living room, kitchen, and dining area of Apartment A.
In all cases, the kitchen and bathroom of Apartment B remain in their original locations. In Apartment A, one of the bathrooms is also kept in its existing position. The kitchen is positioned to the former second bathroom area in order to benefit from a sea-facing window and to ensure efficiency in plumbing and drainage, as it is adjacent to the existing bathroom. The second bathroom is positioned in the closest possible location to this service zone.
Additionally, a door has been added from the master bedroom to the terrace in Apartment A.
In Alternative 1 for Apartment B, to maximize natural light and ventilation in the living area, the existing large window has been internally divided into two sections.
Option B within Alternative 1 has been designed to create a visual connection between the kitchen and living area, while still separating them with a partition. This layout is slightly larger than Option A.
In this design, all your requirements have been carefully considered, particularly the use of the sea view for both the living area and the kitchen, as well as access to the balconies, all in compliance with Italian building regulations.
I hope the proposals meet your expectations.
