DESCRIPTION IN ENGLISH:
I like the essential and minimalist architecture of the Bauhaus type that is able to instil a feeling of welcome and familiarity, combining comfort and feng shui. In the new house there could be a problem with the second bathroom: for me and my wife it is essential to have it and it should be built from scratch. However, the fecal column is too far from the one we would like to use as a living area. The company that should carry out the work suggested that we opt for a Sanitrit and maintains that the latest models are sufficiently functional. It is also necessary to allocate a room to a professional Lawyer's Office. The Office will be used for my work and will be carried out independently, without receiving Clients: therefore it is not necessary to allocate spaces to Clients. Given the sector in which I operate, a desk comfortable enough to place a personal computer and two speakers to listen to music and a wall bookcase would be sufficient. Inside the Office it would then be really nice to be able to create a corner dedicated to my musical passion, in which to place an amplifier, a synthesizer and two guitars, possibly with one or two shelves to store various equipment. My wife and I would also like to have a living room for occasional parties and two bedrooms, one double and one for our son. If possible, near the kitchen we would like a small but functional laundry room to be created. Finally, in the living room it would be ideal to create a small space for another smart-working station. Thank you.
Update of 01/03/2025: my wife asks if it is possible to create a small closet or shelving to store vacuum cleaners, detergents and household tools.

DESCRIZIONE IN ITALIANO:
Mi piace l'architettura essenziale e minimalista tipo Bauhaus che sappia però infondere una sensazione di accoglienza e familiarità, unendo comfort e feng shui. Nella nuova casa potrebbe esserci un problema col secondo bagno: per me e mia moglie è essenziale averlo e andrebbe realizzato di sana pianta. La colonna fecale è tuttavia troppo distante da quella che vorremmo adibire a zona giorno. L'impresa che dovrebbe eseguire i lavori ci suggeriva di optare per un Sanitrit e sostiene che gli ultimi modelli siano sufficientemente funzionali. Bisogna inoltre destinare una stanza a Studio professionale di Avvocato. Lo Studio verrà destinato al mio lavoro e verrà svolto in autonomia, senza ricevimento di Clienti: pertanto non è necessario destinare spazi alla Clientela. Visto il settore in cui opero sarebbe sufficiente una scrivania abbastanza comoda per posizionare personal computer e due casse sonore per ascoltare musica ed una libreria a muro. All'interno dello Studio sarebbe poi veramente bello riuscire a ricavare un angolo dedicato alla mia passione musicale, in cui posizionare un amplificatore, un sintetizzatore e due chitarre, eventualmente con uno o due ripiani per riporre attrezzatura varia. Con mia moglie gradiremmo avere inoltre un salone per qualche festa occasionale e due camere da letto, una matrimoniale ed un'altra per nostro figlio. Se possibile, in prossimità della cucina vorremmo che fosse realizzato un piccolo ma funzionale locale lavanderia. Infine nel salone sarebbe ideale ricavare un piccolo spazio per altra postazione smart-working. Grazie.
Aggiornamento del 03/01/2025: mia moglie chiede se è possibile ricavare un piccolo ripostiglio o delle scaffalature dove riporre aspirapolvere, detersivi ed attrezzi per la casa. Grazie.
