Hallo client,
The idea was to create separate private spaces for each apartment and one common in the central part of the yard. As you requested, each of the apartments has its own pedestrian and car entrance. Within the common area, there is a place for barbecue, one big dining table, and lounge area for the evening gatherings. In the yard there are parts with different elevation, which gives the space dynamics and more distinct separation between areas with different purposes.
