Dear Client,

I would like to propose two options for this project, both following the same overall design approach:
1. The front area, directly connected to the entrance and front garden, will accommodate the living room and kitchen. This allows us to maximize natural light, enjoy the garden view, and create a seamless indoor–outdoor experience.
2. The rear area will be dedicated to the bedrooms, ensuring greater privacy and a quieter atmosphere. These rooms will also have direct access to the back garden.
3. The master bedroom (20.8 m²) will include an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The bathroom will remain in the current location to minimize plumbing modifications.
4. The service bathroom will have a window for natural ventilation, with the washing machine and dryer installed inside.
5. The living room, kitchen, and dining area will be designed as an open-plan common space, with two layout options:
Option 1: Living room positioned at the entrance.
Option 2: Kitchen positioned at the entrance.
In my opinion, Option 2 works better. The kitchen is set slightly inward, creating a more discreet arrangement, while the living room benefits from large doors opening directly onto the front garden. However, this option would not allow us to reuse the existing Poliform wall-mounted TV unit, as the available wall for installation would be shorter.
