As an architect, I have designed your apartment carefully according to your needs and all the requirements you outlined, making the best possible use of the available space.
I have created four different design options, and I truly hope that at least one of them resonates with you.
In some of the proposals, I included a foldable IKEA dining table as a smart space-saving solution. This allows the possibility of adding a small additional sofa to complete the living area in a balanced and comfortable way.
Regarding the laundry area, I integrated it into the service bathroom inside a built-in cabinet. The washer and dryer are stacked vertically to optimize space, with adjacent storage for cleaning supplies. Additionally, I designed a built-in cabinet at the bathroom entrance for towels and vacuum storage.
As for the kitchen, it includes a generous pantry unit and accommodates all your required appliances as requested.
The office room includes a wardrobe and dedicated storage areas to ensure functionality without compromising comfort or circulation.
