The spatial organization of the apartment is conceived for couples seeking a calm and intimate living atmosphere in close dialogue with the surrounding environment.
The layout is clearly articulated into two distinct zones – public and private – establishing a functional yet experiential hierarchy of space.

The public zone unfolds immediately upon entry, forming an open and fluid living area that integrates the living room, kitchen, and a generous dining space.
This area is visually extended toward the exterior, where framed views reinforce the connection between interior life and the outdoor ambience.

The private zone is positioned more discreetly, ensuring comfort and seclusion. It comprises the sleeping quarters and a guest room with its own bathroom, which also incorporates a laundry function. This arrangement enhances practicality while maintaining spatial clarity.

The master suite is conceived as a cohesive unit, combining the bedroom, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom into a unified composition. It maintains a direct and intimate relationship with the courtyard, strengthening the sense of retreat and continuity between inside and outside.
