Here is proposal for desired interior design.
Selected furniture brands fit estimated budget and also has showrooms in Bologna so it makes easier for you to see chosen pieces. (Maisons du monde, Ikea, Iper ceramica)
Except for the kitchen and laundry area which should be custom made by carpenter, so I have only suggested layout and idea of it.
