Dear client,
In my proposition I made some changes in the load bearing walls but I think they are reasonable.
I made the hallway at the entrance more compact and functional but still very wide and welcoming. There is a toilet at the entrance area which is also a bathroom.
The living room with kitchen and dining room is a large open space that overlooks the garden, but there is also a comfortable position for watching TV. There can be glass wall between kitchen and living room, and also there is kitchen peninsula which makes socializing in this space very comfortable.
The room near the entrance can be a study, a guest room or a children's room.
The large bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet.
The second bedroom can be for one or two children.
The bathroom is located in the lower part and can be reached by passing the laundry room.
