I hope the proposed design meets your needs and expectations for the house renovation.

Please note that some of the dimensions provided were not fully precise, so I have aligned the ground floor and first floor as accurately as possible with the available information. I believe all proposed solutions remain feasible, but exact measurements may allow for further fine-tuning.

I have prepared several layout options for the living room and kitchen, based on different placements of the dining area. Some versions integrate the dining area within the kitchen, while others extend it into the living room. The most suitable option depends on your lifestyle and whether you prefer having a kitchen island or relying solely on a dining table.

Additionally, I created two design options for the ground-floor bathroom. One places the toilet and bidet beneath the staircase, which complies with standard dimensions but may feel slightly enclosed for those who prefer a more open, spacious atmosphere.
