Casa all'Elba

On the ground floor, your living room has not changed because the wall between the living room and the kitchen is load-bearing and cannot be demolished.
But I made the space under the stairs and part of the existing storage room a bathroom so that the new bathroom has a window and a safer staircase. And the kitchen was made larger to accommodate an island.
On the first floor, I included a bedroom for your child and a master bedroom for yourself. A large bathroom with a terrace that can be used as both a laundry room and a bathroom. Next to it, I included a large walk-in closet that faces the master bedroom.
