dear client,
we tried to make your plan open and welcom for comfortable living style with raising a kid so
we created more spaces for you to move by removing the wall between kitchen and living adding a dinning and kitchen island we also added some steps for the stairs to make it less steep
we moved the bath to get the window
we also added some storage beside the stairs
so when you enter the living there is a shoes storage then there is a sitting area with section sofa
there is a lso a playing area beside the window to get light and the kid see the sky while playing
then you go up we had two options
one the bath and laundry take the room on the balcony and to collect the wet area because the first floor bath is in this direction also to get laundry near the balcony
for the second option we placed the bath and the laundry in the already bathe area and we created a small living area with sofa
