The staircase has been thoughtfully redesigned to improve flow and aesthetics, yet the central load-bearing wall remains fully intact to ensure structural stability.

The new layout features two well-planned bedrooms. The master suite includes a spacious walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom, creating a comfortable and luxurious retreat. Additionally, the laundry area has been strategically placed on the balcony connected to the master bedroom, with convenient direct access from the master bathroom. This placement keeps utilities discreet while maximizing indoor space.

Every corner of the home has been optimized for functionality. The previously unused area beneath the staircase now accommodates a built-in refrigerator, additional storage, and a secondary pantry, enhancing kitchen efficiency.
