Hello.

This is a request for creative concepts for our 5 star Hotel. Especially, we need renewal plans for entire 1st floor and a restaurant on 2nd floor. We want to renew hotel's atmosphere and hope to our customers have new experience here.

We welcome all your ideas and insight. What we think the most important thing for this contest is CREATIVENESS. Feel free to recommend new concept.

At present, we have front desk, 2 F&B outlets (Café and Buffet) and business center on 1st floor.

But we have plans
-One Buffet Restaurant for breakfast (including kitchen) – right side
-Front Desk and Concierge (Relocation of front desk is available)
-One more F&B outlet (one of restaurant, lobby lounge, coffee shop, or bar) and business center
- A-la-carte restaurant with private rooms on 2nd floor(including kitchen)

Please keep in mind following information.
-limited budget and time, so Don't want to demolish marble pillars and floor at lobby But covering and colouring them are fine.
-Should be economical plans.
-Targeted customers are family and couples; they have great time here relaxing.
-Our strong sales point that we have great ocean and mountain (National Park) views.
-Have 148 rooms and especially busy on weekend.


Don't be blinded by REFERENCES. We respect your creativeness and insight.
