Dear Client, thank you for such a wonderful challenge. I have put together a variety of concepts for you, some include a bigger kitchen and other include a bigger living area. There are also concepts that bring forth the idea of moving the kitchen the a longer wall, allowing more cabinet and counter space. Each of my designs are bright and airy and have a warm/comfy feel to them as per your requirements. I hope you like my designs and I look forward to hearing back from you:)
