This project presents a comprehensive spatial redesign of a residential unit, focusing on area optimization and functional flow. The study proposes three distinct layout variations, all sharing a unified, open-plan kitchen and living area to maximize the day zone. The variations explore different spatial allocations for the night zone: Proposition 1 prioritizes a generous 14m² master suite and a dedicated laundry niche; Proposition 2 rebalances the footprint to include a night circulation corridor and a versatile secondary bedroom; and Proposition 3 challenges existing plumbing constraints to present a highly optimized layout featuring a spacious 9m² children's room. The ultimate goal is to provide a spectrum of spatial strategies that balance utility, comfort, and architectural efficiency.
