This project is designed with a smart minimalist approach – every centimeter of space serves a purpose.

Instead of fighting technical constraints (drainage risers, minimum areas, thin floor screed), I used them as the starting point. The final layout is the result of this thinking: kitchen inside the living area but visually separated, master bedroom at standard size, bathroom with independent children's access, and a flexible children's room for today and tomorrow.

The Bohemian-Country style emerges naturally from the space itself: warm sand and ivory colors, wood and textured stone materials, natural daylight flowing through windows.

The result is a 45 sqm apartment that forgets its own smallness.
