We are very happy that our team was able to participate in your contest.
Two designs with two different approaches were proposed for the bedrooms and bathrooms.
In both designs, the kitchen and living room are the same.
The kitchen consists of two parts, a semi-hidden part separated from the living area by a sliding door, and a storage area and a built-in refrigerator.
The sliding door of the kitchen is designed in such a way that when closed, it becomes an aesthetic element in the living area.
The dining area is located near the kitchen and the terrace with a view of the beautiful scenery outside, and the living room sofa arrangement also faces the window with the same beautiful view.
A large library with a rustic design completes the living area.
The washer/dryer closet is located on the terrace and a storage closet is provided next to it for storing toiletries and cleaning supplies.
A dining table and an armchair facing the hills outside make up the other parts of the terrace design.
The bedrooms and bathroom area has two proposed designs.
In the first design, the main approach is to make minimal changes to the interior walls. The main bedroom and bathroom are assumed to be unchanged, and the changes are to create a second bedroom with changes to the walls on the kitchen side.
In the second design, the changes go a little further and are based on the approach of using the unused part of the hallway. The wall displacements are done in such a way that we can have a double bedroom and a second bedroom/study room, as well as a large bathroom with the elements you want.
Considering the overall dimensions of the apartment and legal restrictions, the dimensions of the second bedroom in both designs are done assuming use as a study room.
Considering the small size of the apartment, we tried to have a closet for storage and storage of accessories in all three parts of the living room, bedroom, and terrace, in addition to the main closets.
The overall design of the house was inspired by the Bohemian style so that a combination of comfort, a secluded layout, and a sense of naturalness are the main feelings in the environment.
Natural fabrics and wood, along with earthy and soft green colors, combine the interior with the beautiful exterior of the apartment.
Due to the small size of the apartment, light colors were used as flooring and wooden elements were used on the walls to create visual contrasts.

Siamo molto lieti che il nostro team abbia potuto partecipare al vostro concorso.
Per le camere da letto e i bagni sono stati proposti due progetti con approcci differenti.
In entrambi i progetti, la cucina e il soggiorno sono gli stessi.
La cucina è composta da due parti: una zona semi-nascosta, separata dal soggiorno da una porta scorrevole, e una zona ripostiglio con frigorifero a incasso.
La porta scorrevole della cucina è progettata in modo tale che, una volta chiusa, diventi un elemento estetico del soggiorno.
La zona pranzo si trova vicino alla cucina e alla terrazza, con vista sul bellissimo panorama esterno, e anche la disposizione dei divani del soggiorno è rivolta verso la finestra con la stessa splendida vista.
Una grande libreria dal design rustico completa il soggiorno.
Il ripostiglio per lavatrice/asciugatrice si trova sulla terrazza e accanto ad esso è previsto un ripostiglio per riporre articoli da toeletta e prodotti per la pulizia.
Un tavolo da pranzo e una poltrona rivolti verso le colline esterne completano l'arredamento della terrazza.
Per le camere da letto e i bagni sono stati proposti due progetti.

Nel primo progetto, l'approccio principale consiste nell'apportare modifiche minime alle pareti interne. La camera da letto principale e il bagno rimangono invariati, e le modifiche riguardano la creazione di una seconda camera da letto con interventi sulle pareti lato cucina.

Nel secondo progetto, le modifiche sono più radicali e si basano sull'utilizzo della parte inutilizzata del corridoio. Gli spostamenti delle pareti sono realizzati in modo da poter ricavare una camera matrimoniale e una seconda camera/studio, oltre a un ampio bagno con gli elementi desiderati.
Considerando le dimensioni complessive dell'appartamento e i vincoli urbanistici, le dimensioni della seconda camera da letto in entrambi i progetti sono state pensate per un utilizzo come studio.
Data la ridotta metratura dell'appartamento, abbiamo cercato di prevedere armadi per riporre oggetti e accessori in tutte e tre le zone: soggiorno, camera da letto e terrazzo, oltre agli armadi principali.
Il design complessivo della casa si ispira allo stile bohémien, in modo che una combinazione di comfort, un ambiente intimo e un senso di naturalezza siano le sensazioni predominanti.


Tessuti naturali e legno, insieme a tonalità di verde tenue e terrose, fondono gli interni con la splendida facciata esterna dell'appartamento.

Date le dimensioni ridotte dell'appartamento, sono stati utilizzati colori chiari per i pavimenti e elementi in legno per le pareti, al fine di creare contrasti visivi.
