Hi,
I have tried to plan your space as per requirement without tearing down any wall. Have just made changes for door opening. I have created foyer area for shoe,storage and you racing bike. A conbo living, dining, kitchen area. Bedroom with walk in closet in glass and combine bathroom with shower and tub. Hope you like the design.
