Renovations – Modern look

Each area must contain the following:

Area1
a. Bar Area
b. DJ Set
c. Lounge area
d. Projector on the wall
e. Home theater with relax sofa (not for Cinema)

Area 2
a. Billiard table
b. Table Tennis
c. Cards table
d. Baby foot
e. Table for food

Between Area 1 & Area 2, we want an aquarium on the right wall + shelves to the ceiling (with an option to close between Area 1&2)

Area 3
a. TV/Play station with a U-shape couches
b. Minibar with refrigerator in the entrance
c. Table for food
d. Shelves for CD’s and games

Between Area 2 & Area 3 is an open area, we want to close it with big door or a partition (e.g. glass or as per your advise).
