Project Statement (with Render and Layout Description)
This project presents two different design options for the interior surfaces, each with its unique features:
1. Option One: In this design, the floor is made of microcement, which provides a sense of unity and simplicity to the interior space. The walls are covered with decorative concrete, with wood used as a complementary material in certain areas. The stairs are metallic, with a modern and functional design. The predominant colors in this option include white, gray, wood tones, beige, and cream, creating a bright and calming atmosphere.
2. Option Two: In this version, all the wall surfaces are made of wood, which adds warmth to the space and enhances the connection with nature. The colors used include wood tones, green, and warm shades, creating a natural and authentic feel. This material choice results in an overall cozy and peaceful ambiance.
In the layout, the existing plan has been fully preserved, ensuring that the new design is carefully integrated with the current conditions and site characteristics. The changes have been made in a way that maintains harmony with the natural environment and the building's functionality.
