Here is a designed co-working space Layout Description:
There area after reaching the upper floor from basement via staircase is designed by first enclosing it with the main entrance to the space since its a shared space this helps in providing privacy.
Upon entering there is a enclosed reception area/office is provided with capacity of 1 person and with a glass window act as a portal between the person working in the reception room/office and the visitor.
On the right is a bathroom, divided into 2 space 1 is a w.c cubical and the rest is a dressing room can be used by every user working in this space one at a time with ease.
Next up is the executive office on the left behind the reception with storage area up against the wall and seating provided by the window as not to disturb the window space as it lets the natural light in and helps maintain a good ventilation. there is a table for the working person along with seating space in front of the desk for the client.
Similar to the executive office same layout is followed in the office next to it both area similar in size and layout.
In front of these 2 offices and reception there is a seating area provided with two chairs for the clients but it could be increased according to user demand.
It is ensured via the layout plan to maintain a good circulation with a lot of circulation area provided in this working space and natural ventilation in all the spatial units like the offices, bathroom, reception.
