DESCRIZIONE DEL PROGETTO
La nuova suddivisione degli spazi tiene conto delle esigenze da voi espresse, ovvero la creazione di una nuova camera/studio al posto della cucina e di un nuovo bagnetto. Dunque, come potete osservare dai disegni, al posto della cucina adesso è presente una camera dotata di divano letto, scrivania e armadio e adiacente ad essa si trova il nuovo bagno con lavello e wc.
Una parete con porta a due ante separa la zona giorno dal reparto notte, dove troviamo la camera matrimoniale che affaccia sulla terrazza con vista mare. Quest'ultima rimane dotata di bagno con accesso diretto dalla camera e, dal momento che risulta essere cieco, ho inserito un'apertura con infisso vetrato in modo da permettere di illuminare, anche se indirettamente, il bagno. Sopra la testata del letto ho inserito faretti ad incasso nel controsoffitto così come nella porzione di ingresso della camera. L'altra camera doppia è dotata di due letti ad una piazza e un armadio ed è presente sempre il bagno in camera dove è prevista la sostituzione della vasca con una doccia.
Per quanto riguarda il reparto giorno, ho ritenuto opportuno creare un unico ambiente cucina - pranzo - soggiorno essendo una stanza molto grande, luminosa e con una vista privilegiata. La cucina si sviluppa per tutta la lunghezza della parete adiacente alla camera matrimoniale e, non essendo l'appartamento dotato di un locale ripostiglio, ho adibito i due ultimi mobili di questa, sfruttando la nicchia presente vicino al pilastro, a contenimento per lavatrice, asciugatrice ecc. Il tavolo da pranzo è posto al centro della stanza e la zona living è situata nella parte terminale. Tutto l'ambiente è caratterizzato da un controsoffitto di una forma morbida che vuole richiamare il tema del mare e faretti ad incasso contribuiscono a sottolineare tale forma.
Avrei poi previsto di creare nella terrazza con vista mare un proseguimento della zona pranzo con un tavolo e ombrellone da esterno, barbecue e lettini per prendere il sole.
Per quanto riguarda la pavimentazione ho previsto parquet eccetto nel nuovo bagno e nel bagno della camera doppia dove opterei per la ceramica. Anche la pavimentazione in prossimità della cucina è pensata in ceramica e l'andamento segue quello del controsoffitto.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
The new division of space considers the needs you have expressed, that is the creation of a new bedroom / studio instead of the kitchen and a new bath. So, as you can see from the drawings, instead of the kitchen now there is a bedroom with a sofa bed, desk and wardrobe and adjacent to it there is the bathroom with sink and toilet.
A wall with double doors separates the living room from the bedroom area, where we find the master bedroom opening into the terrace with sea view. The latter is equipped with a bathroom with direct access from the room and, as appears to be a blind bathroom, I have inserted an opening frame with glass to allow to light, even if indirectly, the bathroom. Above the headboard of the bed I put recessed spotlights in the ceiling as well as the input portion of the room. The other double bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe and there is always the bathroom where it is planned to replace the tub with a shower.
As regards the living area, I thought it appropriate to create a single space kitchen - dining - living being a very large, bright and with a privileged view. The kitchen is spread over the entire length of the wall adjacent to the master bedroom and, not being the apartment equipped with a storage room, I designated the two last pieces of furniture of the latter, exploiting the recess near the column, as containment for washing machine, dryers etc. The dining table is in the center of the room and the living area is in the end of the room. The latter is characterized by a false ceiling with a soft shape that recalls the theme of the sea and recessed spotlights help to emphasize this shape.
Then I planned to create on the terrace overlooking the sea a continuation of the dining area with a table and umbrella outside, barbecue and lounge chairs for sunbathing.
As regards flooring I expected parquet, except in the new bathroom and in the bathroom of the double room where I would opt for ceramic. Also the pavement near the kitchen is designed in ceramic and the trend follows that of the false ceiling.
