Dear Client,
This apartment layout is divided in day and night zone. There is an entrance zone made with custom made furniture with wardrobes, hangers and a mirror. On the other side of this custom-made piece - block is a kitchen refrigerator and bult in oven.
In the dining area there is a table for 8 (180cm) which can be placed on the piece of wall between windows when only family is using it, or fully used and centered when 6-8 person are using it.
I made 2 subtle variations regarding bathroom-toilet accessiblity from living room.
In Proposition 1 there is a small anteroom in front of bathroom/laundry room which is accessible from living room and separated from night zone (private area) so guests can use it (they have to pass laundry niche though which can be made very neat with sliding doors) The bathroom is close to night zone so also easily accessible from there too.
In Proposition 2 one can enter bathroom toilet from the entrance zone. Laundry room is in the night zone with bedrooms and second bathroom.
Orientation of the lounge is in 2 variations: towards tv on the outer wall and towards tv on the inner wall. First one opens the lounge to windows and street and second opens the lounge to people entering the room (you can see this layout in Proposition 3)
I suggest buying 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs (vs corner sofa) because you can make more variations.
If possible, reduce the size of the door window in the kitchen (from 100cm to 80cm) for better use of kitchen space.
