Corridor-accessed sleeping area
Overall, it’s a well-zoned layout: social spaces are grouped together near the entrance, and private spaces are separated.
1. Social area layout (Soggiorno + Pranzo + Cucina)
The open living–dining–kitchen feels spacious.
Good natural light from the balcony.
Kitchen island is well-positioned for both workflow and social interaction.
Laundry room next to kitchen keeps appliances hidden from the main area.
2. Bedrooms grouped together
Both bedrooms are accessible through a corridor, creating privacy.
Each bedroom has immediate access to a bathroom (one shared, one en-suite for the bottom bedroom).
3. Two balconies
Main balcony for the living area is perfect for outdoor dining/coffee.
Second balcony serves the bedroom area providing light and ventilation.
