Appartamento 3 stanze

Hi, this is a proposal for the floor plan, it's not meeting all the requirements because we have a problem that the required rooms won't have ventilation because we can't add or change the current windows, technically the space is enough for all the requirements, and I can satisfy all of it but the problem still in windows, if it can be changed let me know, thank you
