We are very happy that our team was able to participate in your contest.
Our main challenge was to respect and commit to providing the rooms you wanted on the north side, given the small area of ​​the apartment.
For this purpose, we added part of the hallway, the southern bathroom, and the new study room to the bedrooms in order to provide the required area of ​​the bedrooms.
We placed the master bedroom in a part that, while being away from the main dining and living areas (in order to reduce the exchange of sound between these two areas), had a window of suitable size and had convenient access to one of the new bathrooms.
We equipped the new study room with a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a second living room. If you use a sofa bed, this room can also be used as a guest room. Considering the area of ​​​​this room is less than 9 square meters, we considered its main use as a study room.
We considered a folding glass door for the study room, which, while providing natural light to the entrance and hallway, creates a larger integrated space between the hallway and the study room by opening the door.
We planned the new kitchen in a place that, while providing access to the southern balcony, is close to the existing bathroom so that the costs of installing drainage pipes and clean water are lower.
Due to the height restrictions in the main parts of the apartment (bedrooms, living rooms, etc.), the false ceiling was only implemented in the hallway and bathrooms, and the false ceiling was also implemented in a way that allows the installation of heating and cooling system ducts.
Light colors were used for the interior design of the apartment to create a bright and airy environment. The use of wooden and stone elements alongside light colors, while creating a warm and natural environment, will create a contrasting background in colors and design.
Since most of the apartment is rectangular, we used Herringbone flooring instead of longitudinal flooring to prevent the feeling of being in long rooms from intensifying.
We offered two different materials for the flooring, one made of wood and the other ceramic with a wood design, which can be selected according to your opinion.

Siamo molto lieti che il nostro team abbia potuto partecipare al vostro concorso.
La nostra sfida principale era rispettare e impegnarci a fornire le stanze da voi desiderate sul lato nord, data la piccola superficie dell'appartamento.
A tal fine, abbiamo aggiunto parte del corridoio, il bagno esposto a sud e il nuovo studio alle camere da letto, per ottenere la superficie richiesta.
Abbiamo posizionato la camera da letto principale in una zona che, pur essendo lontana dalla zona pranzo e dal soggiorno principali (per ridurre lo scambio acustico tra queste due aree), aveva una finestra di dimensioni adeguate e un comodo accesso a uno dei nuovi bagni.
Abbiamo dotato il nuovo studio di un comodo divano che può essere utilizzato anche come secondo soggiorno. Utilizzando un divano letto, questa stanza può essere utilizzata anche come camera per gli ospiti. Considerando che la superficie di questa stanza è inferiore a 9 metri quadrati, abbiamo considerato il suo utilizzo principale come studio. Abbiamo preso in considerazione una porta a vetri pieghevole per lo studio, che, pur fornendo luce naturale all'ingresso e al corridoio, crea uno spazio integrato più ampio tra il corridoio e lo studio aprendo la porta.
Abbiamo progettato la nuova cucina in un luogo che, pur offrendo accesso al balcone esposto a sud, fosse vicino al bagno esistente, in modo da ridurre i costi di installazione delle tubature di scarico e dell'acqua potabile.
A causa dei limiti di altezza nelle parti principali dell'appartamento (camere da letto, soggiorni, ecc.), il controsoffitto è stato realizzato solo nel corridoio e nei bagni, ed è stato realizzato anche in modo da consentire l'installazione delle canalizzazioni dell'impianto di riscaldamento e raffrescamento.
Per l'interior design dell'appartamento sono stati utilizzati colori chiari per creare un ambiente luminoso e arioso. L'uso di elementi in legno e pietra insieme a colori chiari, pur creando un ambiente caldo e naturale, creerà uno sfondo di contrasto nei colori e nel design.
Poiché la maggior parte dell'appartamento è rettangolare, abbiamo utilizzato pavimenti a spina di pesce anziché longitudinali per evitare di accentuare la sensazione di trovarsi in stanze lunghe.
Abbiamo offerto due diversi materiali per la pavimentazione, uno in legno e l'altro in ceramica con effetto legno, che potrete scegliere in base alle vostre esigenze.
