Our project includes, in addition to the client's requests (an open-plan kitchen with a counter and stools, a dining area with a double sliding glass door and an extendable console table with folding chairs, a living room with a corner sofa, and furnishing the teenage daughter's bedroom), some other small modifications and furnishing suggestions:
1. Creation of a small walk-in closet with laundry space at the entrance: this can store coats and shoes, but also provides space for a washer-dryer, brooms, vacuum cleaner, etc.

3. A floor-to-ceiling bookcase, with a bookshelf and display case facing the dining area, and a fireplace and TV area in the living room;
4. Moving the master bedroom door to accommodate the sofa; The door becomes sliding;
5. New furnishings in the master bedroom, with a large walk-in closet;
6. Custom-made furniture in the walk-in closet, including sliding drawers shaped like the ceiling, and a Murphy bed;
7. Custom-made bookcase wall for the study/relaxation area, with a fold-away desk.
