Residenziale - Appartamento
This 95 m² residential project was designed with the primary goal of maximizing the living area and orienting both the kitchen and the main living space toward the southeast to benefit from natural daylight.
The living area was expanded to 30 m² and carefully organized into three interconnected zones: a library/bookshelf area that supports quiet activities, a dining zone directly related to the kitchen, and a comfortable seating area for daily use. This spatial division allows different activities to coexist while maintaining visual continuity and openness.
The client requested a fully functional children’s bedroom including a study desk, wardrobe, and bed. These elements were integrated efficiently to provide both comfort and usability within a compact space. In addition, a dedicated laundry room was designed to improve daily functionality and storage organization.
Another important requirement was a home office with access to natural light. This was resolved by designing a glass-enclosed office space located near the entrance. The transparent structure allows daylight to penetrate deeper into the apartment while maintaining a sense of separation and privacy.
The terrace balcony, which opens directly from the living area and kitchen, was grouped as an extension of the living space and designed to serve two functions: an outdoor seating area and a dining area. This arrangement strengthens the indoor–outdoor relationship and enhances the overall quality of daily life.
Overall, the project focuses on spatial efficiency, functional clarity, and creating a bright, flexible living environment within a limited area.
