Residenziale - Appartamento
From the entrance, we have a vision of the open space while having some visually enclosed areas to mantain visual separation. We can find an entrance stand where we can leave our coats, k eys, and shoes. It's separated from the living room with a wooden structure that let's us peek at the rest of the space. On our left we find the studio area, separated from the open space with glass doors that block the sound but let the natural light in.
The living room has a 3 seater sofa and an armchair, and in the opposite wall there's a tv unit mounted that gives a modern but cosy feeling to the apartment.
The kitchen is found in the end corner, taking an L shape that permits us to have plenty space for a sink and dishwasher, a cooktop and oven, and a big fridge and a microwave tower. There's a dining table in the middle of the space that can be extended if there's a visit. From the kitchen, we find the door that let us into the night zone and the two bathrooms.
The first bathroom we find had a large shower, with a big sink with drawers for extra storage. There is also a washer and dryer unit with a cabinet above for towels. The second bathroom has a bidet and a large bathtub. At the end of the corridor, there's the child's bedroom, with a 1.10x1.90 bed, a large wardrobe and cabinets, and a desk for studying. The main bedroom has a double wardrobe and a large buffet with sitting space that can serve as a vanity, with a double bed and two nightstands on each side.
