Thank you for the opportunity to work on this interesting project. I have to say that I really enjoyed.
I've managed to create a home based on your requirements, modern, minimal, elegant and with clean lines. I tend to use the maximum of the space and make it functional. I spent a lot of time designing the terrace where I made interesting micro spaces.
Design ingredients:

- Light but with dark materials
- Natural materials (wood, stone cladding)
- Good conection between living room and kitchen\dinning room
- Unique lighting pieces
- Micro spaces and pergola on the balcony
