I present you with several options, with the layout varying slightly, in order for you to see what suits you the most.

Two separate kitchen plans, one larger and one smaller, allow for two completely different uses of the common area.

The bedrooms in my plans have come out very well sized, and, again, I have proposed different options for L2 bedroom specifically, in order for you to be able to make a choice on what will work best for you.

Wardrobes have been allocated a "built-in" area, which will allow for better space usage within the bedrooms, but also will provide extra sound insulation and therefore more privacy for both rooms.

In my plans, I have relocated the washing machine to fit into the kitchen cabinetry, in order to increase bathroom area, as well as to allow for laundry access, regardless of whether someone is using the bathroom.

I have added some inspiration moodboards for kitchen cabinetry and backsplash options, as well as a moodboard for the bathroom showcasing the vision through images and notes.
