Greetings Client, thank you for the opportunity to take part in this project. My project is conceptualized around the stylish industrial style by opening up the apartment to create a pleasingly cohesive flow of spaces with many opportunities for industrial finishes. In the bathrooms, I extended the rip. (closet) to create the new guest bath accessed from the open living area and opted for a skylight to avoid too much reduction of the main bath size.
