Important areas are being consider on this layout. Additional toilet is located near existing toilet & bath, the location of new sink is with-in the area where the existing kitchen established. Rooms are being layout as per required bed specifications. Study/ work area is placed on the corner area near kitchen. Overall ambiance of the design is minimalist with wood accent to create a relaxing and comfort plan.
