Hi! This is my proposal.

I recommend making the entrance larger to create a greater sense of openness and make the apartment feel more spacious from the moment you enter. I added a small lounge area facing the entrance, which creates a welcoming transition before reaching the main living room.

The main living space features a generous dining area connected to an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, creating a comfortable and social environment.

For the girls' bedroom, I tried to maximize the available space while including all the essential furniture and storage. However, I would strongly recommend separating the bedrooms so that each girl has her own private room. The current laundry room is quite large for its intended use, so it could be converted into a second bedroom. This solution would give each girl her own personal space while still allowing for a functional laundry area elsewhere in the apartment.
