Comprehensive Renovation

The project entails a complete interior transformation of the apartment, focusing on spatial optimization and enhanced functionality.

The main bathroom has been expanded to include a Jacuzzi shower cabin, toilet, bidet, and a modern sink with a large mirror, providing both brightness and a sense of spaciousness.

The primary bedroom has been reconfigured with minimal functional dimensions, featuring an open walk-in closet. Depending on the client's choice of bed size, the design offers flexibility: a piece of furniture at the foot of the bed to support a Smart TV or, for larger beds, a ceiling-mounted TV system.

Adjacent to the bedroom, a second multifunctional space has been created, furnished with a Day Bed and wall-mounted shelves for storage or as a library, maximizing adaptability and usability.

The hallway connecting the bedroom, bathroom, and living area has been optimized with built-in storage units, ensuring both organization and practicality.

The redesign includes the strategic removal of internal partitions to accommodate sliding pocket doors and a complete overhaul of electrical and plumbing systems. Although this involves precise adjustments to the layout, it enables seamless integration of modern fixtures and installations.

The result is a fully renovated, functional, and contemporary apartment that meets the client’s requirements while maximizing every square inch of the available space.
