The kitchen is positioned next to the bathroom to share the same shaft for plumbing and ventilation, optimizing infrastructure. I’ve also ensured the dishwasher is conveniently placed next to the sink for practicality.

The double bedroom is generously sized to offer a luxurious and relaxing space, complete with a separate walk-in closet for better organization and a touch of elegance. Additionally, I’ve included a dedicated storage room with space for a washing machine and built-in drawers to keep the living areas tidy and functional.
