you really have a nice place i did two options for you i hope you really like it
the first one i increased the bath and the guest room width a little bit about 30-40 cm to get a better distributions for spaces
i kept the kitchen in its place so you don't change the plumbing and for the washing machine i added it to the vanity in the bathroom and added a section sofa for the living a tv unite and shoes storage
for the guest room it has a folded bed that can be used when you need or fold it to have a space in the room , it also has a desk and a storage area
for the main bed room i added a double bed and built in wardrobe and dresser for this i used apart of the guest bed room for the hangers in the wardrobe

for the second option i changed the kitchen to the entrance and the living area near the balcony if you want to use plants in the balcony and make a good view for the living area and for this case i took apart of the guest room to enlarge the kitchen
