This renovation plan aims to ensure maximum functionality of the property, providing ample storage spaces, whilst retaining a spacious feeling within all rooms.

Upon entering the apartment, there is a small wardrobe, to store shoes and outdoor jackets, followed by a fully equipped kitchen, then a bookcase and, lastly, a TV cabinet. This leaves plenty of room for a dining area, and a well-sized, L-shape sofa (that can be a pull-out sofa bed, to be able to host guests as needed).

By removing the second room, and instead creating a spacious 16m2 primary double bedroom, it allows space for a spacious built-in closet area as well as a work desk directly in front of the window. The separate laundry/storage room ensures no noise pollution in the living room and bedroom whilst the washing machine is in use, whilst also allowing for more storage cupboards or extra wardrobe space.

As for the bathroom, by moving the walls slightly, the space is enlarged, and with creating a wall to accommodate a wall-hung bidet, next to the wall-hung toilet, there is space above in the wall where a built-in cabinet can store some hygiene products, cosmetics, cleaning products etc.
