The aim of this contest was to create two spaces from one. I tried to keep the existing space and wall dispositions as much as possible, but in the same time to make two different functional units.
According to client preferences both apartments consists of : entrance hall, living room with kitchenette and dining area, bedroom and bathroom. I am leaving possibility for closing the kitchen in both apartments with sliding doors, if needed.
