This project is an entire apartment renovation for a young couple. The original plan has an
organization that doesn’t’ match the program, with redundant spaces such as a service bedroom
and bathroom, so, to increase all spaces a huge demolition was proposed. With that, it was possible
to propose an open kitchen and a more open and integrated space. The social area was conceived
highlighting three transitional spaces with woodwork, they are the entrance hall, the bar between the
living room and dining room, and the access to the private circulation.
