Descripción

The Villa Lonato project offers two distinct design approaches. The first option prioritizes a preservation-based strategy, retaining the existing interior walls, with major renovations limited to the staircase and bathroom areas. This approach maintains much of the original layout while focusing construction work on areas that enhance functionality and aesthetic flow.

The second option envisions a more transformative layout, featuring an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. This concept involves removing the current living room wall to create a seamless, interconnected space that fosters a spacious and modern feel. The interior will adopt a refined modern-classical style, integrating cutting-edge technology and sophisticated lighting to establish an atmosphere of elegance and exclusivity. Carefully curated lighting will add depth and ambiance, ensuring each space is both visually appealing and functionally adaptable.

For the exterior façade, there are also two design options. The first is a minimalist approach that emphasizes clean lines and explores a diverse range of materials to achieve a timeless, sleek aesthetic. The second option takes a more intricate route, with detailed architectural elements, including architraves and wall columns that enhance the villa’s classical charm and elevate its grandeur.
